Book Review: Hexed by Michelle Krys

I am so happy that I have finally finished reading this book, I have had it since June but with the accident and then concussion issues, it was just there ready to be read.

This book is about a typical teenager named Indigo. She tells you how hard she fought to be one of the popular girls at school.  She is a cheerleader, dates the popular boy at school, but things change...Her life pretty much is turned upside down when she finds out she is a witch and there are sorcerers after her to unlock a spell on a very powerful witch bible.

Some may say that she is a bitchy teenager but I'm pretty sure everybody would complain too, can you image get pretty much everything ripped apart from you, from loved ones to friends.

When things are at the worse, she doesn't give up.  True, she did say she was crying and doing nothing for days, but when she realizes that she can do so much more, she goes and fights for what she believes.
In the end when you think that things are going to be alright she learns that a close loved one is hiding something from her.

The book ends with Indigo saying that she needs time to think about what she is going to do.

This a short review, but if I went a little deeper there would be so many spoilers.  But you can expect a little bit of everything, high school life, romance, friendships, family, witch stuff and even death.

I heard there is a second book and I am definitely going to read it to find out what happens next.

I definitely recommend this book, don't give up in the beginning of it, read it until the end and you will not regret.

XOXO,

Nelia
